Quotes

My wife left a wonderful legacy.

Quotes

When my wife Jeanette was alive she was a keen supporter of Guide Dogs and sponsored
several puppies. So when one of our own dogs passed away, it was only natural that we
decided it would be nice to leave something to Guide Dogs in our Wills.

It was easy to arrange with the help of our solicitor, and we got some helpful advice from Guide
Dogs too. Now my wife has passed on, it’s comforting to know that she’s been able to help the
charity in this special way.

My wife's gift is supporting two guide dog puppies, including Buster. When my daughter and I
met Buster and his owner Tony, we could see just what a worthwhile thing it was that my wife
had done. I've seen at first hand the big difference a gift in a Will can make, which is why I'm
going to do the same.

Quotes

I want future generations of blind people to benefit as I have done.

Quotes

I've had three wonderful guide dogs and they’ve all been smashing. I know that Guide Dogs is
a really worthwhile cause which gets no state aid. And as well as giving guide dogs to people
they also provide a lot of other services which blind people can’t get from anywhere else.

I could never repay the deep debt of gratitude I owe to Guide Dogs for the wonderful support
I've had and the lovely dogs themselves, and so I have decided to include a gift to Guide Dogs
in my Will. Guide Dogs should have the benefits later on so that other blind people can benefit.
